We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Plant Manager/Lead Plant Mechanic with packaging equipment experience to join a well established and fast-growing Manufacturing Company located in the Cranbury, NJ. area.
We are searching for a Lead Mechanic / Plant Engineer to oversee the maintenance on all of the machines in a 70,000 sq-ft facility.
The machines include packaging lines, napkin folding machines, slitter/rewinders, sheeters and interfolders. This job necessitates a high-level understanding of how to prioritize and manage the maintenance of a fast-paced production facility while having the motivation and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work on machines individually or as part of a team.
